Lena Hilton
With over 30 years of experience as a business manager Lena is a creative problem solver, Lena breaks down complex problems to make them easier for you to understand. She takes the burden from you by analysing the problem and wading through the technical rules and regulations to bring you easy to understand options. Lena’s clients enjoy her hands-on approach to helping them and their businesses achieve their potential.
A graduate of Curtin University with a Bachelor of Business, Lena is a member of Chartered Accountants ANZ. Lena has over 20 years’ experience in the provision of financial planning, a Self Managed Superannuation Fund Adviser and estate planning advice and over 20 years as a registered company auditor servicing SME businesses. Lena has built up a substantial portfolio of clients across many business sectors. With Lena as part of your professional team, you can be confident that your tax and financial concerns will be managed efficiently and effectively.
Siva Paramalingam
Siva is qualified with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and has over 40 years of professional experience. Siva’s experience is diverse with more than 30 years in public practice and extensive commerce, audit and corporate secretarial experience.
He has significant experience providing services to clients within a diverse range of industries including automotive, hospitality, medical, retail, property, farming and agriculture. Siva ensures the practice is quick to respond to new legislation and push the barriers of interpretation for the benefit of all our clients. As Siva builds his understanding of your business he will also be anticipating problems and showing you how to prevent them.
Dimitri Pandazis
Dimitri joined the practice in 2006 and is a member of Chartered Accountants ANZ. He attained a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Curtin University with a double major in Accounting and Finance in 2003. Dimitri believes in building a personal relationship with clients and providing a service that goes beyond that of an ordinary accountant.
He has extensive experience in the provision of accountancy and business advisory services for small and medium businesses. Dimitri enjoys helping their owners with the ever more complex tax regime, and advising them on how to save tax. In particular, he has a large number of clients in the medical sector.
